DC 10    - Located at the end of the airport runway! Street to Las Salinas

Founded in 1999 by two italians the "DC 10"'s popularity has constantly increased. In the beginning it was not more than a place for "insiders" but since then it has got onto many clubbers list of place to go to. The club is open on mondays and spontaniously opened every once in a while. You can find about that on flyers. Almost a legend this club has become because of its parties called "Sorry we are Circoloco". Circoloco in this case means a very excessive party-feeling among international and local people starting in the morning and lasting until late at night. Such a club, oposing mainstream, really is underground. Resident djs are such as Tania Vulcano, Jo Mills, or Fabrizio. Even Loco Dice who usually plays in the German club "Tribehouse" can be found in the DC10. Quite often real big guest-djs like Pete Tong, Norman Cook, or Danny Tenaglia are said to have been there, too. The club has two floors, one inside, the other one on an outside porch. You usually find way more people outside. The DC10 is located just next to the airport. When being on the outside-area you can really think planes intend to land right ontop of you. You can easily get to the club. If you simply stay on the big mainroad (airport - Ibiza-City) and eventually turn towards Salinas last but not least you will get to it. It pretty much not possible to miss it. Entrance-fees are about 10-25€, that means it a bit cheaper than bigger clubs. However drinks are just as high as everywhere else. 8-10€ you have to pay for a water or beer. Longdrinks cost about 10€. during season 2004 just like Bora-Bora, Km5 and Salinas, the DC10 got into trouble due to new laws dealing with too much noise and environment. That's why it sometimes has to shut down at 8pm already. In 2005 everything is supposed to go on the way it used to be. Hopefully - because by promoting Ibiza's original charm it simply belongs there.
